EMBROIDERY DAY CLASSES, NOVEMBER 2011 – MAY 2012 - BOOKING FORM
Classes are organised and taught by members of the ‘Scottish Embroidery Tutors’ group and held at Victoria Halls, Dunblane.

Please complete the lower half of the booking form and retain this part for your reference.
All courses are at Dunblane on Saturdays and run from 10 am to 4 pm. These classes are open to all.
Bring a packed lunch and a mug. S.E.T. will provide tea, coffee and biscuits.
When booking for the November 2011 class please note that the full fee of £23 should be paid immediately. For the, March, April and May 2012 classes a deposit of £10 per class may be paid at the time of booking and the balance of £13 paid 3 weeks before the date of the class.
Please include a stamped addressed envelope for your requirements list and class details, for each class you book. You can assume that you have a place on the class but will be notified if the class is full and asked if you wish to be put on a waiting list. We require at least 10 students for a class to run. In the event of cancellation you will be notified and your fee will be refunded.
Should you have to withdraw from a class for any reason you will be liable for the first £10 of any booking made, unless the class is cancelled.
Please note that no correspondence should be sent to the Victoria Halls as they are in no way involved with the running of these classes.
